PART TIME TASTE TESTERS WANTED
Senopsys is looking for individuals to help evaluate the taste of medicines. Tastings would take place at our Woburn location. Hours are few (<15 per month) and variable. We work around participants’ schedules as much as possible. Pay is good, and the environment is low stress and fun. Training on descriptive sensory methods will be provided in our supportive, hands-on program.
We understand this is an unusual position, so anybody interested will go through a series of phone introductions where they can ask questions.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Interest in tasting unique things (the current panel loves food, cooking, and wine; this seems to be a good indicator)
- Good mid-day flexibility (i.e., not looking to go back to full-time employment for the foreseeable future)
- Interest in being part of the tasting team for several years
Because you will be tasting medicines (even though all samples are spit out), you should be in generally good health.
Most of the current panel are early retirees, but this could also work for a semi-permanent stay-at-home parent.
